Create your own Hammered Silver Cuff/Ring

Enjoy a relaxed Saturday with creative individuals getting hands on learning some simple silversmithing techniques. In this 2.5 hour course you’ll learn how to create your own beautiful open cuff bangle or wrap ring in sterling silver with a gorgeous hammered surface texture. Make this statement design, personalised by the hammered textures you create, finish it in your choice of polished or oxidised metal.
This workshop is focussed towards adults (18+) but teenagers (13+) can attend if accompanied by a participating adult.

Create your own Botanical Silver Jewellery

Combine a passion for plants, nature or the great outdoors with beautiful silver jewellery as you learn how to make either a pendant, wrap ring or hook earrings in your chosen style.
You will be guided in learning some silversmithing techniques in this 3 hour course.No prior silversmithing experience is necessary as all techniques will be introduced throughout the workshop.
This workshop is focussed towards adults (18+) but teenagers (13+) can attend if accompanied by a participating adult.

Wax Carve and Cast your own Silver Ring
- Glasgow
Get hands on learning some simple silversmithing techniques. In this 2 session course you’ll learn how to wax carve your own beautiful sterling silver ring with unique shapes and surface texture.
Session 1 - In this session you will hand carve your ring in blue carving wax, adding your own textures and patterns to the design.
Session 2 - Now you receive your ring back which has been cast in 925 silver. In this session you file and size your ring to the perfect fit before finishing the design in either a polished, matte or oxidised finish of your choice.
This workshop is focussed towards adults (18+) but teenagers (13+) can attend if accompanied by a participating adult.
Venue: The Alchemy Experiment, Glasgow (G12 8TS)
Dates: Wednesday 11th September AND Wednesday 9th October

Private Workshop Events
I am also available to run 'private' workshop events for those who would like an experience creating silver pieces with just your close friends and family. These are suitable for children (8+), teens and adults.
These groups would be available for 6-12 people and can be booked for the time and venue that suits you best. I am happy to travel for events and I’m flexible for your choice of daytime, evening or weekend experiences.
I'm even happy to curate workshop experiences around specific themes, projects and occasions if you're celebrating something special.
