Return Policy
Refunds can only be requested within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Exchanges can only be requested within 28 days of the date of dispatch.
If you choose to return your item after the expiry of the 14 day refund or 28 day exchange period, a refund or exchange will only be offered at the discretion of ionalundiedesign, unless the product is faulty.
Earrings that are not faulty cannot be returned or exchanged. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.
Rings may be exchanged (up to 28 days from date of despatch) for an alternative size depending on availability. Hammered rings will be exchanged with the customer covering the postage & packaging costs for the return of the original item and despatch of the new item. There may be a charge to resize other rings in addition to postage & packaging costs to return the resized ring.
If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased from this website for a refund, please contact ionalundiedesign through the ‘contact’ tab and prepare to return your order in its original condition and packaging. Items returned without correct packaging will not be accepted for refund. When sending items please ensure you send your parcel using a service that offers insurance for the item value and you must retain proof of postage to protect your goods in transit. Please return any items purchased from a stockist directly to them.
Any original delivery costs paid by the customer or additional costs for returning items to be refunded or exchanged will not be refunded. Where faulty items are replaced with the same item, the original postage cost will not be charged again. In the event of free postage, any associated postage costs will be deducted from the refund.
All communication regarding your order will be undertaken using the email address provided at point of purchase, unless requested otherwise by the customer. Refunds are processed based on the original transaction and cannot be directed to another person or payment card or method. Items given as gifts can be exchanged within the 28 days if they are returned in their original unworn condition. Please quote the name or order reference of the person who placed the order when requesting a gift exchange.
In the very unlikely event of a manufacturing fault or defect, you must contact ionalundiedesign within 14 days of dispatch and a replacement or exchange will be provided.
Replacements or refunds for items does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
ionalundiedesign strives to accurately communicate sizes and material finishes of products across the website. However, colours and finishes may vary from images. Please study dimensions and details carefully on the individual website listings prior to ordering.
Items lost or undelivered through shipping will be replaced or refunded only after 28 days from dispatch date. For any orders which have not arrived, ionalundiedesign will confirm your delivery address and check Royal Mail/other service tracking where possible prior to processing refunds or replacements.
Replacement of faulty goods, lost in transit items and product exchanges are subject to availability. Many items are unique so ionalundiedesign may not be able to provide an exact copy as a replacement. Where requested items are not available, your order will either be refunded within 14 days of contacting ionalundiedesign or you will be contacted to suggest a suitable alternate exchange or information on waiting times for the availability of the requested item.
